Refund & Return Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms under which refunds are issued for all products and services (collectively, the "Products") offered by Zeon Trading LLC (the "Company"). By purchasing, accessing, or using any Products, the customer ("Customer") agrees to this Policy.

1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

1.1 First-Month Subscription Guarantee

For your first month, if your account balance experiences a drawdown below your original deposited amount, we will refund your first month’s subscription fee upon request. This guarantee allows you to focus on trading without financial concerns.

1.2 30-Day Refund Policy for One-Time Purchases

• If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
• This applies only to one-time purchases and does not cover recurring subscription fees.

1.3 Non-Refundable Subscription Fees (AutoTrading Plans)

All AutoTrading subscription fees are non-refundable, including:

AutoTrading Subscription Plans:

• Solo Plan – $49/month

  • Access to one strategy at a time
  • Strategies can be scaled up to 100%

• Standard Plan – $99/month (Most Popular)

  • Access to up to three strategies
  • Strategies can be scaled up to 300%

• Portfolio Plan – $199/month

  • Access to up to five strategies
  • Strategies can be scaled up to 500%

• Portfolio Plus Plan – $299/month

  • Access to unlimited strategies
  • Strategies can be scaled up to 1000%

By subscribing to an AutoTrading plan, you agree that all subscription payments are final, and refunds will not be issued for partially used billing periods or cancellations after payment has been processed.

Additionally, early trials for our algorithms are non-refundable.

2. POLICY CHANGES

Zeon Trading LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the Company’s website.

Customers are responsible for reviewing this Policy periodically. Continued use of Zeon’s products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. ADMINISTRATIVE FEES AND DEDUCTIONS

The Company reserves the right to deduct the following from any approved refund:

• Processing Fee: A fee of up to 5% of the purchase price may be applied to cover administrative and transaction costs.
• Processing Fee Waiver: Refund requests made within 24 hours of purchase will not incur this fee.

4. REFUND REQUEST & PROCESSING TIME

• To request a refund, contact our support team at support@zeon.trading with your purchase details.
• Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval. Depending on your payment provider, funds may take an additional 3-7 business days to appear in your account.
