This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms under which refunds are issued for all products and services (collectively, the "Products") offered by Zeon Trading LLC (the "Company"). By purchasing, accessing, or using any Products, the customer ("Customer") agrees to this Policy.
For your first month, if your account balance experiences a drawdown below your original deposited amount, we will refund your first month’s subscription fee upon request. This guarantee allows you to focus on trading without financial concerns.
All AutoTrading subscription fees are non-refundable, including:
Solo Plan – $49/month
Standard Plan – $99/month (Most Popular)
Portfolio Plan – $199/month
Portfolio Plus Plan – $299/month
By subscribing to an AutoTrading plan, you agree that all subscription payments are final, and refunds will not be issued for partially used billing periods or cancellations after payment has been processed.
Additionally, early trials for our algorithms are non-refundable.
Zeon Trading LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the Company’s website.
Customers are responsible for reviewing this Policy periodically. Continued use of Zeon’s products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
