Q & A

1. Which Brokerages Are Compatible with Zeon?

Zeon primarily supports Interactive Brokers, a major U.S. brokerage with insured deposits. We also work with GarWood accounts, but we recommend setting up directly with Interactive Brokers.

2. How Do I Connect My Brokerage Account to Zeon?

After choosing and licensing an algorithm on Zeon, you'll receive step-by-step instructions to link it to your brokerage account. Our support team is available if you need assistance.

3. Can Zeon Access My Brokerage Account or Funds?

No, Zeon cannot access your money. We simply send trade signals to your account based on the algorithm you select—you maintain full control over your funds.

4. How Does Zeon Handle Risk?

Each algorithm includes built-in risk management, such as automatic stop-loss orders. You can also set your own risk limits through your broker

5. Do I Need to Download Software or Keep My Computer On?

No, Zeon is cloud-based. Our servers handle everything, sending trade signals directly to your brokerage account—no downloads or active computer required.

6. What is the Minimum Capital Required?

The minimum capital depends on the algorithm and brokerage. For our most of our bots, we recommend starting with at least $25,000-$40,000 due to FINRA's Pattern Day Trading (PDT) Rule. However other bots, including some incoming will have a smaller capital requirement

7. Can I Stop Using an Algorithm Anytime?

Yes, you can pause or disconnect an algorithm anytime via your brokerage or Zeon.trading dashboard

8. What Kind of Support Does Zeon Offer?

We provide dedicated support via email and chat for setup assistance, technical issues, and algorithm selection guidance.

9. How Can I Assess Zeon’s Algorithm Performance?

We provide detailed performance data, including trade histories and past results, so you can review before selecting an algorithm.

10. What is AutoTrade Scaling and How Does It Work?

AutoTrade Scaling lets you adjust trade sizes based on your account size. It defaults to 100% but allows up to 1000% for advanced users.

Scaling Examples:
  • Example 1: If the strategy’s model account is $50,000, and you allocate $50,000, set scaling to 100%.
  • Example 2: If the strategy’s model account is $80,000, but you have $40,000, set scaling to 50% to follow at half-size.
  • Example 3: If the strategy’s model account is $15,000, and you want to allocate $60,000, set scaling to 400% to multiply trade sizes accordingly.

💡 For futures & options traders: Scaling works best at multiples of 100% (100%, 200%, etc.), as these assets don’t support fractional positions.
